	Live demonstration of several cases performed by leading international surgeons and cardiologists

	Refinement of surgical techniques Diagnosis, timing of intervention, outcome Morphological aspects
	Live demonstrations of at least 5 cases, including case presentation prior to surgery, intraoperative transoesophageal assessment, and possibilty of audiovisual "interaction" during surgical procedures. List of surgeons: WJ Brawn, M Kostelka, R Prêtre, C Schreiber, VT Tsang, R Lange, P Vouhé Live demonstrations from the catheter laboratory (planned: interventional pulmonary valve implantation with Medtronic Melody™), equally with possibilty of audiovisual "interaction" during procedures. List of cardiologists: LN Benson, I Daehnert, A Eicken, J Hess, J Janoušek, W Sebening All operations will be transmitted live to the congress venue and discussed during and after the procedures. The audiovisual support of the live transmissions will be provided and performed by technical experts mediAVentures.
