	General Registration Information
	Participants can either register online, fax or send the Registration Form, together with payment (see Payment of Fees), to the Central Organizing Office. This form must be complete, signed and legible.

	Acknowledgement of Registration
	In view of the limited number of participants, registrations will be considered in the order of receipt. The Symposium fee is due at the time of registration. However, attendance at the Symposium and the associated social events are only confirmed upon receipt of payment. Registration Fees are based on date of receipt of payment. (Not based on date of receipt of registration forms). Upon receipt of both a valid registration form and the payment, a confirmation will be sent. All participants are asked to bring their confirmation letter to the Symposium and pick up their name badges and documents at the registration desk.
	Alterations

	Cancellations and Refunds
	Should the Symposium be cancelled by Klinikum Passau, the fee will be fully refunded. No further claims. In case of cancellation on the part of the participant before Dec 8, 2006 - even if through no fault of her/his own - a cancellation fee of EUR 25,00 will be charged. The cancellation must be in writing. After that date, the full fee must be payed. A registered participant may, of course, be represented by any other person. No-shows at the Symposium will be charged the full fee. Cancelled social program tickets are refundable prior to Oct 31, 2006. Tickets cannot be returned for re-selling after this date.
	Language
	The official language is German and English. For lectures and presentations held in English no translation will be available.
	Final Program
	The final program will be mailed early October 2006 to each pre-registered participant. The final program will be also available on the Symposium Website in October 2006.
